Beta Testing Agreement & Terms of Service
1. Free Participation & Beta Disclaimer
By checking the box, you agree to participate in the beta testing phase of Halcyon 3D ("Service"). Access to the beta Service is provided to you completely free of charge. You acknowledge that the Service is experimental, under active development, and provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Features may change, break, or experience downtime without notice.
2. Data Privacy, AI Model Training, and Storage
- Data Transmission & Usage: Inputs, prompts, messages, and content you submit ("User Content") are processed to generate AI responses. By using the Service, you grant us the right to use your User Content to maintain the system, train and fine-tune artificial intelligence models, and improve the overall product.
- Data Access: Unless explicitly designated as end-to-end encrypted, User Content is stored in readable text form and may be reviewed by authorized administrators for system maintenance, safety monitoring, debugging, and training purposes. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, or proprietary data you do not wish to be viewed or utilized for training.
- Account Deletion: In compliance with applicable data protection standards, you may delete your account at any time. Account deletion automatically triggers a system workflow that permanently removes or disassociates all User Content tied to your account from our primary database records.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halcyon 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, service interruptions, or unexpected output generated by the AI models. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to zero.
4. User Conduct & Feedback
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities or attempt to bypass system security or guardrails. Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you submit may be used to improve the Service without obligation or compensation to you.
5. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time as the Service evolves. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notification within the Service prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
